The Diagnosis is not a strategy deck. It is a written commercial and operating diagnosis of the function. We review the current systems, processes, ownership, bottlenecks, team structure and commercial drag. The output is a bound 40 to 60 page document, signed by Eliter, that shows what is wrong, what it is costing, and what it would take to fix it.

How it runs
  • Audit. Founder session and leadership interviews to understand the five year goal, current systems, bottlenecks and dependencies.
  • Math. Commercial analysis, gap analysis, competitor position, process cost and opportunity cost.
  • Document. A 40 to 60 page written diagnosis, signed by Eliter. You read it first. Then we discuss it.

The Fix rebuilds the function.

How The Fix runs

Six months. One operating standard.

  1. Month 01
    Set. Senior consultant briefed from the Diagnosis. Operating model drafted. AI-supported delivery stack provisioned. Eliter named principal assigned.
  2. Month 02
    Rebuild. Systems, scorecards and process structure go live. The function starts operating against the new standard.
  3. Month 03
    Hire and train. Function lead shortlisted, hired or promoted. Team trained on the systems, cadence and decision process.
  4. Month 04
    Run in parallel. The new lead shadows the consultant. AI delivery stack supports both. Founder begins stepping back from the function.
  5. Month 05
    Handover. Senior consultant hands the function to the lead. Documentation finalised and bound. The operating standard is now on paper.
  6. Month 06+
    Leave. Eliter exits the rebuild. The function runs without us and without the founder as the operating system.
03 · THE STANDARD
The Standard keeps the function clean after the rebuild.

The Standard gives the client a dedicated relationship manager from Eliter, with our developer team maintaining the AI-supported systems behind the function.
