After a Fix, the AI systems and operating artefacts we installed need active maintenance. Models drift. Prompts age. Scorecards need recalibration. Each Standard client has a dedicated relationship manager from the Eliter team, with our developer team maintaining the AI systems behind them. Sold only to clients who have completed a Fix.
