The Fix

A team led by a named senior consultant — every one of them a former C suite at a top 100 company — rebuilds the function the Diagnosis identified. AI supported delivery, structured cadence, no on site embedding. We hire or promote the lead. We train the team. Then we leave.

The deliverable isn't a strategy document. The deliverable is a function that runs without you, owned by a person who reports to you, with the systems and documentation that mean it doesn't collapse the day we walk out.
